Silicon Labs Opens a New office in Hyderabad, to hire 1500 by 2025

Silicon Lab is one of the most profitable semiconductor companies. And they are opening a new office in Hyderabad. To hire 1500 staff by 2025, they hope to become a major force in India.

Silicon Labs, the leading semiconductor company based in Texas, has opened its first office in Hyderabad to help them gain access to a pool of highly talented and skilled engineers. Silicon Labs aims to increase hiring this year by more than 50% and will be looking for more employees.

Silicon labs are looking to capture this hiring opportunity and are planning to hire 1500 candidate which capable to help in the growth of the company and work there with innovative ideas and creative skills.

Silicon Labs, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of semiconductor chips, on Monday opened its new office in Hyderabad. It will invest about $150 million over the next five years for research and development activities at the facility, which will have an initial headcount of about 400 employees.

Silicon Labs will also partner with Indian universities and make internship and co-op opportunities available so that more students from the country could join its ranks.

The new campus in Hyderabad will serve as Silicon Lab’s global headquarters for its Analog, MEMS, Sensors, and Security (AMSS) business unit. The company is also scouting for up to 20 acres of land to build a factory in the city by 2020.
