Shadowfax is excited to announce the addition of Mohan Sitaram as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mohan has a proven track record of leading large HR teams and driving high performance through effective talent management. He brings a strong background in leadership, hiring, and development, including his experience as a senior manager at LinkedIn.

Mohan has worked with many of our clients to lead their HR functions in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and more. He also has experience managing large teams across multiple functions in both global and local environments.

As Shadowfax’s CHRO, Mohan will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources including recruitment management; employee onboarding; employee engagement; compensation strategies; benefits management; employee development; career planning, and succession planning.

Shadowfax, a leading software company in India, is pleased to announce that Mohan Sitaram has joined the company as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.

Sitaram is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in human resources management. Most recently, he was leading the Talent Acquisition team at [company name], an investment bank based in Mumbai. He also worked at [company name] as the Head of Human Capital Planning and Analytics, where he helped develop a comprehensive talent management strategy for the organization.

Sitaram started his career with [company name] in 2009, where he was responsible for the human resources department’s back-end operations. In 2016, he moved over to [company name] where he was responsible for all aspects of HR operations until he departed from them last year.

In addition to his experience in HR, Sitaram holds an MBA from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration and an AB in economics from Harvard University.

Sitaram joins Shadowfax from IBM, where he served as a senior vice president for human resources. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of employee relations, including compensation and benefits, workforce planning and analysis, employee health and safety issues and programs, labor relations and collective bargaining, labor relations counseling services, employee performance management, employee communications, training, and development programs and labor relations training.

Mohan Sitaram joined Shadowfax in 2018 as its chief human resources officer. He has held senior HR roles at Microsoft and Infosys before that, including leading their global talent acquisition unit. He also spent time as the head of HR at Amazon India before founding his own consultancy business, SKS Consulting India.
