Anil is a graduate of IIT Delhi and MIT Sloan School of Management. He has held several key positions within Godrej including that of the company’s chairman in 2010, while also serving as its CFO from 2013 to 2016. Now Anil G Verma has been appointed as executive director and CEO of Godrej & Boyce.

The company says the appointment is part of a strategy to improve its leadership structure and focus on customer experience. Verma will report directly to Chairman BK Bansal, who will continue to oversee the company’s strategy and operations.

Godrej and Boyce, a well-known consumer products company in India, has elevated Anil G Verma as its new executive director and CEO. Anil’s elevation is part of Godrej’s efforts to keep up with the changing times in the consumer goods industry, which is moving towards digitalization. Anil has been with Godrej for more than 20 years. He started his career at Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL) as a trainee in 1992 before joining Godrej in 1995. He was promoted to senior vice-president (EVP) of HLL in 1997 and then promoted again to EVP (Marketing) in 1999.

In 2011, Anil became EVP (Alliances & Strategic Alliances) when Godrej acquired United Spirits Limited (USL). In 2016, he was promoted again to CEO-designate of USL and later became its CEO after it was merged with UST Global Breweries Limited (USTGBL).

Godrej & Boyce has elevated Anil G Verma to executive director and CEO. In this new role, Anil will continue to oversee the company’s operations in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, as well as lead its expansion into new markets.

Anil has over 25 years of experience working for Godrej & Boyce. He was previously responsible for the company’s operations in India and Sri Lanka, and he has been instrumental in expanding Godrej & Boyce’s offerings into new markets such as Nepal and Bangladesh.

Anil G. Verma has been elevated to the position of executive director and CEO of Godrej & Boyce by its board of directors. He will be serving as a member of the board.

Verma has been with the company for over 15 years, starting as a project manager in 2006 before becoming a chief operating officer in 2012. He most recently served as senior vice president of manufacturing operations. During his tenure, he has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations including production planning, quality control, supply chain management, and product design.

Anil G Verma is a veteran of the manufacturing industry with over 25 years of experience in the company’s business operations. He has been with Godrej & Boyce since 2010, where he served as senior vice president of Supply Chain Operations and New Business Development.

Verma’s new role will see him focus on three main areas: strategy, operations, and growth. He will be responsible for all aspects of Godrej & Boyce’s global supply chain management, including planning, forecasting, and inventory management.

In addition to his responsibilities within Godrej & Boyce, Anil G Verma will also oversee strategic planning for the company’s business units including Consumer Products (CP) and Automotive (A).
