Employees always put in their complete effort and never give the chance to complain.
The railway employees are happy with the decision and have welcomed it with open arms. They believe that this is a good way to appreciate them for their hard work and dedication towards their work.
Whether it is raining, too hot weather, or under work pressure railway employees never let the people feel uncomfortable during the journey. They take care of everything whether about the safety of the passengers or the facility provided during the journey. They always show many contributions towards their jobs and this is a very good decision of the government that they release bonuses.
The railway employees are celebrating Dussehra with a bonus of Rs.1,000. The bonus is given to the employees who have been working for at least six months and have not received any other bonus in the last two years.
