You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. You will also lead the organization’s Human Resource function on the global level by coordinating with offices across the Asia Pacific (APAC).

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing People Operations in fast-growing organizations with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive change within an organization. They should have at least 5 years of experience working with diverse cultures and people management skills; especially those experienced with managing remote teams/Workforce
