Nykaa’s Group Chief Financial Officer Arvind Agarwal has quit his position at the company, effective immediately. Agarwal has been with Nykaa since it was founded in 2016 and has led the company’s finance teams for most of its existence. He was responsible for overseeing the company’s financial management, accounting, and IT systems.

CFO Arvind Agarwal is a very hardworking and dedicated person who contributes a lot to the company in the few past years. After years of the working period, they finally decided to quit the position. Sources say that Arvind Agarwal looking to join another company after quitting Nykaa’s group.

Agarwal has been the CFO of Nykaa and helped to build the company from its early stages into what it is today. In a statement, Nykaa also said that he will be planning to join another company on a part-time basis until the end of this month.

He said that he was looking forward to moving on with new opportunities and would like to thank the board and management for their support during his tenure.

Nykaa is an online retailer that sells men’s apparel and accessories from across India, as well as overseas markets including the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Here at the company, Agarwal was responsible for Nykaa’s financial operations, including the strategy and growth plans, as well as its overall financial health and stability.

Agarwal said he is leaving to pursue new opportunities outside of Nykaa. He has worked at several companies in India, including Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Times Internet Ltd., and Airtel Ltd., as well as at Swiggy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he was CFO for five years before joining Nykaa.

According to a report by Livemint, he is leaving to pursue other interests. He joined the company in 2017 as CFO and has been at the helm since then.

Arvind Agarwal has finally resigned from his position and looking further for a better opportunity. He served Nykaa as a Successful CFO for years and gained a lot of experience. He has been with the company since its inception in 2011. In his time at Nykaa, he has been responsible for all financial operations, as well as overseeing the development of several products and services.

Nykaa’s CEO Kunal Shah said that Agarwal was responsible for many of the company’s successes, including its global growth and expansion into new markets. “He has been instrumental in helping us become one of India’s top online retailers,” Shah said in a statement. “We are grateful for his contributions to Nykaa and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

Agarwal had been with the company since its inception and was responsible for managing the financial side of Nykaa’s business. He will be replaced by Chief Operating Officer Abhishek Gupta. Nykaa is an online marketplace for fashion products and accessories. The company competes with Zivame and Snapdeal in India’s online fashion retail space.
