NITES, IT employee union files complaint against Wipro

The Confederation of Indian Industry Employees’ Association (NITES) has filed a complaint against Wipro with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), alleging a violation of the “right to work” guaranteed under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India. The union said that almost ten employees were forced to resign as a result of the unfair practices by Wipro.
NITES, an IT employee union filed a complaint at Delhi HC against Wipro on 10th February 2019. The MCA has alleged that Wipro is responsible for the loss of Depreciation as employees were unable to get the annual leave due to fear of job loss.
Knowledge worker or a normal employee if you are working for Wipro then you are having some problems. You don’t get any recognition and you are getting paid less by them than what they offer as a normal employee. Even though they give equal opportunity to all of you but in reality, no one can do anything in this organization.
NITES and IT employees at Wipro India have filed a complaint with the Bombay High Court alleging non-payment of provident funds to employees. In the allegations, it is stated that the company has spent on its share installments since its inception. The court directions the welfare of employees by paying their PF dues immediately

The National Insurance and Tax Employees Union (NITES) has filed a complaint with the Karnataka High Court against Wipro, challenging the company’s job cuts. The case was filed by NITES and IT employees against Wipro. Its challenging the flow of jobs and reduction in service conditions at Wipro Technologies.
NITES & IT employees filed a complaint against Wipro which alleged the company suppressed their movement, and followed and harassed them. The company denied all the allegations and said it has taken up the matter with the Ministry of Labour.
