Himanshu Kapila joins Medtronic as Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading Medtronic’s HR function in India and other emerging markets including China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Himanshu has 17 years’ experience working with global healthcare companies in senior roles across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Himanshu Kapila is joining Medtronic as the Director of Human Resources. He has more than 20 years of experience in HR. And he will be responsible for the company’s overall human resource strategy, including recruitment, compensation, employee onboarding. And retention, employee relations and operations management.
Himanshu Kapila is a senior executive and one of the most experienced leaders in the HR space. He has been tasked with leading Medtronic’s head office-based HR team. Which includes more than 800 employees across locations in India and the US.
