Landmark Group, a leading construction, and real estate company, has appointed Harsh Aparanji as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Aparanji will be responsible for the growth and development of the company’s people strategy. He will also oversee the recruitment, selection, and deployment of people across all business functions.
The company said that Mr. Aparanji will be responsible for leading the HR function of the group, including managing talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and employee engagement. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic human resources plan for the group.
Landmark Group has recently announced the appointment of Harsh Aparanji as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective immediately. Aparanji will replace the current CHRO, Bijal Patel, who has been with the company for over eight years.
Aparanji has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources industry, including working as a senior consultant with Bain & Company and as an HR leader at GE Healthcare. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.

Aparanji will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources agenda, including strategy, operations, and talent development. He will report to CEO Sajid Dhanoa.
