During his tenure at Accenture, he worked on various key projects including the RE100 initiative where he was part of the team that conceptualized and implemented the initiative globally. In addition to this, he has also worked with other global organizations like Cisco Systems Inc., Cisco Systems India Pvt Ltd., VMware Inc., Amazon Web Services Inc., NTT DATA Corporation Inc., etc.

He has worked closely with Mr. Chauhan over the years, so this transition should go smoothly without any problems at all!

This new change will also see HCL TECH hiring a new CTO who will take over from Mr. Chauhan as well as serve as an interim CEO until Mr. Sahai can take over permanently later this year or early next year depending on how things play out during their first few weeks together on board at HCL TECH.”
