Dalmia Biz finally appointed Nitin Khindria as new CHRO

Dalmia Biz, the flagship enterprise of Dalmia Group, has appointed Nitin Khindria as a chief human resource officer. With over two decades of experience in multi-national enterprises and start-ups, he is expected to bring his expertise and apply it towards building an industry-leading organization at Dalmia Biz.

He will join Dalmia Biz on 1 December 2017 and will be responsible for all aspects of talent management, training, reward, and development across its global operations.

Khindria joins Dalmia Biz from Hindustan Unilever Ltd. where he was the head of talent and succession planning, leading the company’s organizational development initiatives across its businesses. Prior to that, he was with an MNC for over 20 years in roles including leadership positions in HR, business strategy, and operations.

Dalmia Biz’s new chief human resource officer, Nitin Khindria, will focus on further strengthening Dalmia Biz’s culture and values, developing and implementing processes that enable growth through the right talent, talent retention, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Mr. Khindria will be responsible for developing, leading, and managing Dalmia Biz’s people strategy including HR policies, talent acquisition, and management across the company’s business units.

In this role, he will be responsible for developing an employee-centric culture, driving HR strategies and initiatives, and talent acquisition and retention strategies at Dalmia Bharat.

Mr. Khindria is an HR professional with 20 years of experience and has held senior leadership roles across industries such as IT services and Manufacturing. He has also held key board positions in various companies in the past.

Nitin Khindria is now new CHRO

He will be responsible for leading all aspects of talent management, employee relations, and learning & development at Dalmia Biz, And responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, talent retention, and employee engagement.

With over two decades of experience in the HR domain, Nitin Khindria has joined Dalmia Biz as its chief human resource officer.

Khindria will join Dalmia Biz on April 15, 2019. He will report to Kumar Mangalam Birla, chairman of Dalmia Bharat and Vice Chairman of Aditya Birla Group.

Nitin has over 13 years of experience in the HR domain and has worked with companies like Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Hindustan Copper Ltd. He will be responsible for managing Dalmia Biz’s talent landscape across geographies, leading it through its transformation journey and building world-class teams that deliver outstanding results.

Dalmia Biz, India’s largest integrated cement player, has appointed Nitin Khindria as its chief human resource officer (CHRO). He will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s human resources function and related activities. Mr. Khindria joins Dalmia Biz from L&T Technology Services where he was senior vice president & head – of Talent Acquisition. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sectors of IT, telecom, and infrastructure services.
