The BMW Group elevates Aparna Dhingra as Head- Region HR, Executive Assistant to the Board of Management.
The BMW Group announced that Aparna Dhingra has been promoted to the position of Head, of Region RC HR & EMEA. Ms. Dhingra will occupy this role at the BMW Group’s regional HQ in Munich. Reporting to Thomas Zippel (CEO), as well as working closely with other regional leadership teams across four different continents.
She will be based in Chennai, India, and will lead the organization’s HR function across the region and support BMW Group’s global strategy. In this role, she will be responsible for driving tangible impact across the business through best practices and processes throughout the region. Dhingra is based in Hong Kong and It will be responsible for leading the company’s HR operation in this region.
In this function, she will be responsible for all Human Resources processes under one roof and provide top-level talent management services. Furthermore, she will be responsible for recruiting, team building, development, and succession planning at BMW Group locations in China.It’s Group announces the elevation of Aparna Dhingra from her position as Region HR and Senior Manager to Head-Region HR, EMEA.

In this role, Ms. Dhingra will be responsible for cultivating and maximizing talent within the region’s full range of BMW Group markets globally by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent throughout the Company.
Dhingra will be responsible for setting standards and structure for the BMW Group HR unit and taking the lead in developing local talent expertise, said Luca de Meo, head of HR at the BMW Group.
