BluePi appoints Monika Marwah as HR Director

Bluepi appoints Monika Marwah as HR Director. Monika will oversee all aspects of organizational growth and human resources at BluePi.
Bluepi announces Monika Marwah as HR Director, effective immediately. Monika has over five years of experience in HR and recruiting for global consulting firms. Its including Accenture, Capgemini, and IBM. She is a Certified Human Resources Business Partner and has previously held roles within operations, IT, and finance functions in leading global organizations.
Monika comes to BluePi from the banking industry where she worked for four years. The majority of her duties will be focused on supporting the business function, And overall organization through its staffing. The development needs, including Employee Relations/Benefits, Recruiting, Career Communication, and Development initiatives.
As we continue to grow and explore new opportunities in the industry. We are excited to announce the addition of Monika Marwah as HR Director.

BluePi announces the Appointment of Monika Marwah as new HR

Monika Marwah brings over 15 years of professional experience, Most recently with PwC where she was an Associate in Human Capital, and Board Member for the Public Practice Group. In this capacity, she provided strategic leadership for clients in the areas of executive search, workforce analytics, talent management, and data science.”
She was previously working with Microsoft as an Australian Communication Manager. It will now be overseeing the entire HR processes for BluePi. Her role includes managing all aspects of employee relations, talent management, and performance management in the organization.
She brings to BluePi over eight years of experience in the human resources field,  Including with an international consulting firm and at a public sector organization. Her expertise will be invaluable to our continued growth as we continue our expansion into new markets.

She has been a key member of our executive team since inception. She has served in various roles, including as HR Generalist and Human Resources Manager. Monika will now focus solely on developing the company’s talent management strategy while continuing to support clients in recruiting, staffing, and mentoring across different business units within BluePi.
She comes from the corporate sector and brings with her extensive experience. She expertise in the area of development and leading people. Her previous positions include a range of business management roles at Casino Australia, following an internship at BHP Billiton and an experience at ABS Mobilité & Dévelopment.

Ms. Marwah was previously a Senior Manager at Accenture India, where she led the HR Technology practice with global expertise in HR, Payroll, and Organizational Design. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in the HR space and has an excellent track record of scaling successful initiatives in Fortune 500 companies across industries such as media and entertainment, consumer products, and manufacturing.
