Anushree Singh rejoins Avery Dennison after serving as its Vice President of HR for the Americas. In her new role, she will lead all aspects of human resources strategy and execution for the EMEA region.
Anushree Singh is now again the HR at EMEA. She rejoins Avery Dennison after working with them previously as Director – Human Resources, South Asia from October 2007 till July 2013. Her previous career roles also include Head HR (Saral Designs Ltd., New Delhi) and VP, of Human Resources (Intertek India Ltd). She will be responsible for leading the company’s Employee Relations and Relationships functions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, she will work closely with senior executives to provide strategic advice on talent management policies, programs, and initiatives.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across multinational organizations and is a recognized thought leader in the areas of leadership development, HR strategy, and people strategy. In her new role, she will lead all aspects of People Strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on growth through employee engagement. Anushree Singh, the HR at EMEA of Avery Dennison Corporation has rejoined the company. She has served as the VP, of HR since June 2014 and will now be back in her old position.
Anushree Singh is a leading HR professional with over 20 years of experience in developing and managing Human Resources strategies for businesses across the globe. She joins Avery Dennison as Director – HR, EMEA after serving most recently as the SVP of Global Talent Management at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
In this role, she’s responsible for all HR matters across the region and will ensure that all teams have the right talent, technology, and culture to sustain growth in their businesses. She has held several senior HR positions across an eclectic mix of industries including consumer durables, BPO, Finance, and Media. Her experience spans strategic planning and design for talent management processes, people development initiatives across multiple teams, and managing HR functions in an M&A environment.

She join the company again after a successful three-year spell as Head of HR for the Americas. Anushree will be responsible for overseeing operations and services to support. Avery Dennison’s business is in Europe and the Middle East.
She has been with the Company since 1998 and led various global functions including talent acquisition and development. It has diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement. Before her last role at Avery Dennison, Anushree spent nearly 10 years based in India. She led HR teams, for both the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions.
She was responsible for the global HR function. And, its strategic alignment with other business units within the company. She led a diverse team that included professionals from various nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds.
An experienced professional with over 15 years of international experience in people management, training and development, and providing senior leadership support to businesses. She was previously the Regional Talent Management Leader for Avery Dennison. She has deep experience in both generalist and specialist HR roles at a variety of companies.
Anushree Singh, who was recently in the news for her move to Aditya Birla Group. She has rejoined Avery Dennison Corporation as Director – HR, EMEA. She will be responsible for all aspects of talent development and global people strategy across the region. Her last stint with Avery was from 2001 to 2010. She served in various capacities including Vice President – Human Resources.
